What to Expect:
• You’ll be held in a safe, warm, and sacred space where you can fully relax and open to healing
• I channel Reiki energy to restore balance, harmony, and flow across your physical, emotional, and energetic body
• Using my intuitive psychic abilities, I connect with your energetic field and physical body to identify and clear blockages, cords, or stagnant energy
• At the end, I intuitively select a healing colour (e.g., pink for self-compassion or love) and send its vibration through Reiki energy into your auric field and body to promote alignment, clarity, and inner peace
• You’ll also receive any guidance or insights that arise during the session, leaving you feeling supported, empowered, and grounded

Inner Child Work
This is powerful, transformative work that can be added alongside Psychic Reiki sessions. You’ll be lying comfortably while receiving healing for about 40 minutes, supported by soothing frequencies. I work directly with your inner child to release deeply held core beliefs, patterns, and learned behaviours, creating a space for little you to feel seen, safe, and acknowledged.

• The depth of the work depends on how ready your body and energy are to release
• The process is intense and profoundly transformative, addressing patterns that may have shaped your life for years
• This work can be woven in on request, helping you release old patterns, soothe past trauma, reconnect to your authentic self, and receive any guidance or insights that arise during the session, leaving you feeling empowered, aligned, and clear about your next steps

After Your Session – Integration:
• Healing continues after the session with emotional releases and energy shifts
• You may notice new insights, emotional calm, and greater clarity in the days following
• I offer a FREE 10-minute integration call if you need extra support
• Rest and reflection help support full integration of healing
