If you have booked by using a deposit, all deposits are required to be paid via an invoice that is emailed out 48hrs prior to your session.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.
Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session will not be accepted.
No refunds for deposits/ or full paid sessions are provided for cancellations or missed sessions.
